The KF is sponsoring the 2017 Korean Studies Workshop for Educators in Oceania, to be held by Australia’s Asia Education Foundation (AEF) in Korea on October 6–14. More than 30 educational experts and secondary school teachers will take part in the workshop, which will provide an opportunity to better understand Korea through classes on various topics from the field of Korean Studies, as well as tours of historical and cultural sites, corporations, and institutes of learning. Participants will also visit high schools and students’ homes, interacting with Korean students carrying out their daily routines, both during and after school hours.
