Korean History Workshop for
Overseas Doctoral Students

The KF will host a workshop in Seoul for overseas doctoral students of Korean history on July 21-25. About 30 doctoral students from 10 counties are expected to attend the gathering. Participants will attend lectures on research methodology, findings and trends of recent research, and current issues of Korean history, presented by distinguished professors from Korea and abroad. Attendees will also make presentations of their dissertation papers and receive technical guidance and feedback from renowned scholars in their respective fields. They will also visit leading archival facilities, such as the Kyujanggak Institute for Korean Studies at Seoul National University, and other historical sites, and join the KF Korean Studies Assembly 2015 to interact with notable specialists in various fields of Korean Studies.
